EU-ECOWAS Scholarship programme for Africans

What is the EU-ECOWAS scholarship?  The EU-ECOWAS Scholarship programme provides scholarships for masters' degrees in the sustainable energy sector at specialised universities in West Africa (Cape Verde, Cote d’Ivoire, Ghana, Nigeria, Senegal, Togo) for the benefit of students from ECOWAS member states involved in the energy sector: energy management, regulation, renewable energy and energy efficiency.  The programme aims to improve access to high-quality training in the sustainable energy sector in West Africa, enabling university graduates with a focus on young professionals (English, French and Portuguese speaking) in the ECOWAS member states to acquire the profile required to meet the growing demand for specialists at the highest level in the field of sustainable energy and to promote good governance of the sector in the region.  Deadline for submission: 11 September 2022 at 18.00 WAT. University of Ghana Call for Applications TDR Postgraduate Scholarship in Implementation Research Academic Year 2023 Deadline for submission of applications: 9 September 2022  DESCRIPTION The Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences, School of Public Health at the University of Ghana, invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for a place in a full-time postgraduate programme with a focus on Implementation Research for the 2022–2023 academic year. Funding for these full scholarships is from TDR, the UNICEF/UNDP/World Bank/WHO Special Programme for Research and Training in Tropical Diseases ( https://tdr.who.int/ ). Only applicants from low-and middle-income countries of the WHO African Region are eligible to apply.
